We come out and look at what is actually there — the boiler or the fault, the pipework, the flue route, the gas supply and how much access there is to get an old unit out and a new one in.

Fitting day
System drained down, the old unit disconnected and removed, the new one fitted, and the gas, water and condensate connections made up and pressure-tested before anything is fired.

Testing and commissioning
Gas tightness and flue readings taken, the system filled, vented and balanced, controls set up, and the commissioning paperwork completed and left with you.

Cleared up and taken away
The old boiler, cylinder, tank and all the packaging go with us. Floors and work areas are cleared, and we walk you through the controls before we leave.
